Drew Hackett is the co-owner of Dirt Road Design, LLC, along with his wife. Drew’s role includes; graphic design and web development. Despite its small town location in Iowa, Dirt Road Design has clientele reaching New York, Vermont, Florida, California, Tennessee, and Arizona.

Drew’s previous experience includes stints as art director of an advertising agency and a print shop, both in Sioux City, Iowa. His versatility includes writing. In the late 90’s he was a columnist and designer for the weekly event newspaper “The 4th Street Revue.” Later Drew published a newspaper called “Northwest Iowa Outdoors.” Which was distributed to over 70 locations throughout the midwest for over 7 years.

Drew was a fine artist before focusing his creative skills on graphic design. He has sold a painting in every state except Hawaii and Alaska. His work also appeared in an episode of NBC police drama “Southland.”  Drew dabbles in the fine arts just for fun these days.

Drew is a 1999 graduate of the private art school “The Creative Center” in Omaha, Nebraska. He currently resides in a corn field known as Kingsley, Iowa. He lives with his beautiful wife, his 11 year old daughter and the various animals she brings home to “rescue.” He enjoys spending time with his family (3 children), sports, concerts, hunting, fishing, camping, and art.
