Good communication is essential in every aspect of life. If you cannot communicate effectively you are limited in your ability to produce results. There are 5 main elements required to communicate successfully which are trust, respect, understanding, empathy and resolution.
All people, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, and business owners must be able to practice these skills. Additionally, agility, adaptability and mindset management are key to maneuvering a landscape that frequently pivots. Our quickly changing world demands new ways of thinking, behaving, and communicating. It means transforming old ways of being into new intentional behaviors that produce the desired results.
With over 35 years in the field of management, leadership & communication, Noelle has developed a training/coaching style that shakes people out of their comfort zones and into ways of living & managing that they intentionally create.
Her coaching involves the ability to understand the client: to see how they think and understand their perspective. From here she will help them create their vision for a future unlike the past – assisting them to stretch and grow in an empowering way.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member and a Certified Master Professional Coach, she can see things that people can’t see for themselves. This allows her to help them navigate their present and future. Coaching involves holding vision for the future, while helping people overcome limiting paradigms.
We offer 4 types of Coaching (in person or via Zoom):
Individual Coaching for Professionals – one on one private and confidential coaching
Group Coaching – a group Mastermind model
Leadership Coaching—either for an individual or a leadership team
Behavior Analysis —this includes a DiSC or 5 Behaviors Assessment and a debrief session with potential for follow-up sessions to work on a particular issue or plan of action.
