Noelle Federico is a Master Professional Certified Coach and communications strategist. She is the founder of Fortunato Partners, Inc., a boutique coaching & consulting firm. Noelle has 35+ years in the field across varied industries having been an executive in corporate finance, operations, and communications.

Additionally, she currently serves as the Director of Project Management for BRYN LAW GROUP in Miami, FL as well as the CEO of Staff Agency.com LLC (formerly Delta Hire LLC) based out of Boca Raton, FL.

She is the host of THE COFFEE CHAT SHOW and creator of The Working Warrior Mom and The ‘Apply Happiness’ brands which have a reach of over 2.2 million people monthly on social media. Additionally, she writes, trains people in communication & leadership, speaks, coaches and consults.

Formerly she spent 14 years, as CFO, CMO and Business Manager of Dreamstime.com LLC, where she was a member of the founding team that created the privately held global stock photography leader.

In 2009, she founded the TN & VT based non-profit, A Generous Heart, Inc. which supports/creates local young literacy programs in partnership with community libraries.

Noelle graduated from Fisher College in Boston, MA and attended classes at Suffolk University. She has 5 certificates from Harvard Business School Online and two Specializations from HBSO,  one in Leadership & Management and the other in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.  She holds a certificate from Yale SOM Exec. Ed in Human Capital Strategy. 

She is a Certified member of The John Maxwell Team, a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training, a Certified Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors Practitioner,  Dare to Lead trained and a Landmark Worldwide multi-program graduate.  Formerly of Boston/ Cape Cod, MA and Franklin, TN …she now resides in Vermont with her husband John, two large cats, and one small cat named Merlin.  She can usually be found with her nose in a book drinking espresso…
